This Privacy Policy explains how MangaPanda handles information when you visit mangapanda.me, save items in your browser, search the publication, contact the editorial desk, or view a page eligible for advertising.
Who is responsible
MangaPanda is an independently operated digital publication. The responsible privacy and editorial contact is the MangaPanda Editorial Desk at editor@mangapanda.me.
Information processed when you visit
Like most websites, MangaPanda and its hosting, content-delivery, security, and advertising providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include an IP address, request date and time, requested URL, referring page, browser and device information, approximate region, response status, and security or abuse-prevention signals.
MangaPanda does not currently offer public user accounts, purchases, or a newsletter signup. The archived Reader Pulse page does not accept or report votes.
Browser-saved reading list and search
The My List feature stores saved titles in your browser using local storage under the key mangapanda-reading-list-v1. The feature does not create an account or send the saved list to MangaPanda. You can remove individual entries, clear the list on the My List page, or delete site storage in your browser.
Site search runs in the browser against MangaPanda's own search index. A search term placed in the page URL can still appear in ordinary browser history, server request logs, or referrer information depending on your browser and destination.
Messages you send
If you email MangaPanda, we receive the address, message, attachments, and other information you choose to provide. We use it to answer the request, evaluate evidence, maintain correction or copyright records, protect the publication, and meet legal obligations.
Google advertising, cookies, and identifiers
Selected substantive content pages contain Google AdSense code. Search, My List, 404, contact, privacy, terms, legal-reading, corrections, editorial-standards, category-navigation, and noindex archive pages are not marked for AdSense loading by this site's code.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies or similar identifiers to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve personalized ads based on visits to MangaPanda and other sites. Depending on consent, location, browser settings, and Google's configuration, Google and participating advertising providers may process an IP address, user agent, page URL, cookie or device identifiers, consent signals, and ad interaction data.

Consent and regional privacy choices
MangaPanda uses Google's account-side Privacy & messaging service. The European regulations message for mangapanda.me and the applicable US-state regulations message are published in the AdSense account. Google's service is a certified consent management platform for the regions it supports and communicates applicable consent or opt-out signals to Google. MangaPanda does not present a homemade banner as a substitute for that service.
When a Google privacy message applies to a visitor, Google provides the relevant consent or opt-out controls, including a privacy-and-cookie-settings or do-not-sell-or-share entry point where required. Google determines ad serving from the consent, regional, and account-configuration signals available to it. Browser controls can also block or delete cookies and local storage, although doing so may affect saved-list or advertising preferences.
Why information is used
Information is used to deliver pages, remember a reading list locally, secure and troubleshoot the site, answer communications, verify corrections or copyright notices, understand aggregate site operation, comply with law, and fund eligible editorial content through advertising. The legal basis for processing can depend on the information, purpose, and visitor's location, including consent, legitimate operational interests, performance of a requested service, or legal obligation.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by providers that host, secure, deliver, or advertise on the site, including Cloudflare and Google, subject to their own terms and privacy practices. MangaPanda does not sell contact-email lists. Advertising-related disclosure or targeted-ad processing may be treated as a sale or sharing under some regional laws; applicable Google privacy messages and controls are provided for those choices.
Retention and security
Browser-saved list data remains on the device until it is cleared. Communications and related records are retained only as reasonably needed for the request, correction history, dispute prevention, security, or legal obligations. Infrastructure and advertising providers set their own log and identifier retention periods. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about applicable disclosure. Email editor@mangapanda.me with enough detail to understand and verify the request. You may also use the Google and browser controls described above.
Children
MangaPanda is a general-audience publication and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child sent personal information may contact the editorial desk for review and deletion.
Changes
Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Earlier promises are not silently replaced for information already collected where law requires additional notice or consent.
